The Model 3000FC Trace Oxygen Analyzer can detect even the most minute presence of oxygen contamination in pure gases as well as in gas mixtures. The Model 3000FC is ideal for use in numerous industrial applications such as air liquefaction, semiconductor manufacturing, process monitoring of gaseous monomers, inert gas blanketing, gas purity certification,CO2 fermentation in breweries, and inert gas generators.
STANDARD RANGES
Three User Programmable Ranges from 0-500ppb up to 0-1000 ppm.
Standard ranges are 0-1, 10, 100ppm 02.
